For Baobab, innovation is a way of thinking. In this conversation, founder Isabella Espinosa reflects on the vision that has remained constant since the beginning of the brand, the emotional world she wants women to enter through Baobab, and the thinking behind one of its boldest concepts yet: an AI runway staged at Vinicunca, Peru’s surreal Rainbow Mountain. What began as an almost impossible physical idea evolved into a digitally produced fashion vision shaped by human collaboration, technological precision, and a clear sense of responsibility.

In an era where luxury is often mistaken for excess, the meaning of 5-star hospitality is quietly being redefined. At Nōstos, this shift is visible from the very first step inside. There are no imposing marble floors designed to impress, and intentionally, no traditional reception desk. The space opens with quiet confidence, expressed through minimalist design, natural textures, soft light, and a sense of calm that immediately slows the pace.

This understated aesthetic mirrors the philosophy behind the service itself. Intuition replaces rigidity, empathy replaces performance, and every detail is considered yet never overwhelming. In this conversation, we explore how Nōstos challenges the conventions of grand hospitality and reimagines the five-star experience through restraint, clarity, and genuine human connection.

Italian Digital Artist Massimo Colonna has mastered an impressive skill most artists can’t: creating a personal surrealism that can attach itself onto its viewers. Though the meanings of his work are often left open for interpretation, Massimo creates work that invites the viewer in instead of keeping them at a distance. It’s a skill that Massimo mastered through his delicate balance of reality and surrealism. “I like to play on the thread of reality and not,” he says. “Sometimes I start from a subject, sometimes from a general environment, then from the shapes and light.” It’s in projects like Apathy, Migration, and Ambiguous that Massimo’s expertise is most evident, where each detail is delicately balanced to draw the viewer’s attention from one place to the next. The results? An overwhelming desire to follow wherever Massimo’s mind takes him.
